Payments are processed through your selected payment method via the Vendor Dashboard. You will receive timely payments for each sale according to our payout schedule. We optimise payouts with split-pay; the money owed to you will be sent directly to your bank account whilst the money owed to EV-Art will be sent to ours, ensuring the fastest possible payment method.
Can I sell physical prints of my digital artwork?
Yes! By selling your own or by using a print-on-demand service.
How do I set up shipping?
You have complete autonomy of your shipping settings via the ‘settings’ in your store manager.

Do I need to be a member to use the AR features?
No, a membership is not required to access the AR drawing features. However, gems are required for the AI features including chat and image generation. These gems can be purchased through the app.
The app crashes?
If the app has crashed it is most likely due to rapid editing of the image. This will be fixed in future updates; for now please edit in shorter bursts; sorry for the inconvenience!
An old image reappears?
This will be solved in future updates. For now, when uploading a new image, the previously loaded image in that session will reappear.
