Some image processing may take place directly on your device. Where information is transmitted to our servers or service providers, it will be processed only as necessary to provide, maintain or improve the relevant functionality, unless another use is clearly disclosed to you.

Camera information is used to provide the feature you request. EV-Art does not continuously access your camera when the relevant feature is not being used.
Where camera images or samples are processed only on your device, they are not uploaded to EV-Art solely because you used the camera feature.
If a particular feature requires an image to be uploaded or processed remotely, this will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and any additional disclosure shown when appropriate.
You can withdraw camera permission through your device settings.

For example, an art-supply recommendation may direct you to the retailer selling that product.
EV-Art is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third parties.

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. Users should also protect their account credentials and devices.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing EV-Art, maintaining accounts, completing transactions, resolving disputes and satisfying legal, accounting, security and regulatory requirements.

13. International Data Transfers
Some service providers used by EV-Art may process information outside the United Kingdom or the country in which you live.
Where personal information is transferred internationally, we will take appropriate steps where required by applicable data-protection law to ensure the information receives an appropriate level of protection.
These measures may include recognised adequacy arrangements or approved contractual safeguards.
