Description
Photography Art – Food Art
This piece was created through mastering the intricate art of making Bon Bons. Renowned as one of the most challenging chocolates to craft, Bon Bons demand meticulous attention to detail at every stage, from preparing the molds and tempering the chocolate to painting the exterior and devising the perfect fillings. Ensuring all components come together seamlessly while maintaining the chocolate’s glossy finish and satisfying snap required plenty of practice, and it was a true test to make sure the finished Bon Bons were worthy of photographing.
